of the company.
After passing the California Dental Board, Dr. Kelly worked in
several private and group dental practices to gain clinical and
business experience. After approximately 2 years Dr. Kelly established
his first practice in Ladera Heights, California. After six years
in this location Dr. Kelly outgrew this facility and moved his practice
to Playa Del Rey, California which was approximately five miles
away. After two years at this location Dr. Kelly purchased a second
location in Inglewood, California. After several years Dr. Kelly
decided that he wanted to practice in an environment that would
allow him to practice his profession and sharpen his management
skills. Dr. Kelly moved to North Carolina and accepted a job with
a large dental management company. After being there for two years
Dr. Kelly decided to go back to private practice.
